Our Fees

Wolf Creek Wellness accepts self-pay and insurance-based reimbursements. We are in-network with most major commercial insurance plans and also accept Medicaid and Medicare. Coverage and benefits vary by plan and can be determined by contacting your insurance company. Your insurance company can also tell you if you have a deductible/co-pay/co-insurance for mental health appointments based on your policy.

Assessment: $200 (out of pocket fee $150)
On-Going Services: $160 per session (out of pocket fee $100 per session)
Group Counseling: $25 per person/per session (some additional fees may apply)
Court Testimony (including Depositions): $200 per hour from door to door
- This fee doubles if subpoena notice is given within less than 7 days notice. This fee is also given if court testimony or deposition is canceled with less than 48 hours notice
Prepared Letters: $50 per page processing fee (regardless of amount of pages used) *payment due at pick-up
Release of Documentation: $1.00 per page processing fee (first 5 pages are free) *payment due at pick-up
Presentations: beginning at $100 per hour (payment totals to be determined ahead of time and include, but not limited to, preparation, commute, presentation supplies, etc)
