Our Fees
We are currently "in network" professionals for nearly all known commercial insurance providers. In addition, we bill Medicaid, Medicare, and several EAP Services as well. If you are not sure about your insurance provider's willingness to reimburse for psychological treatment, give your insurance representative a call.
Assessments $200.00
On-Going Session $160.00
Some Services are Cash Only endeavors
Groups Fees Vary Based on Type of Group
Court Testimony $200.00 per hour from door to door
(including Depositions) This fee doubles if subpoena notice is given within less than 7 days notice.
This fee is also given if a deposition or other court testimony is canceled
with less than 48 hours notice
Prepared Letters $ 50.00 per page (regardless of amount of page used)
Release of Documentation $ 1.00 per page (first 5 pages are free)
Presentations $ 100.00 per hour (preparation, driving, and presenting)
Disability/BWC Paperwork $ 25.00 for each page of standard form completion
$ 150.00 per letter (up to 4 pages, $25.00 for each additional page)
$ 25.00 per 15 minute conversations with attorneys or other officials
If you have not met your deductible, have a significant co-pay, or would prefer to not have your care monitored by your insurance provider, we are permitted to offer you an"Out of Pocket" reduced rate.

Richard J. Maroon, LPCC-S
Clinical Director
Rick Maroon is the proprietor and clinical director of Wolf Creek Wellness, LLC. He has been a therapist for nearly 20 years working with individuals, families and couples of all ages and cultural groups. He has been awarded Counselor of the Year and Supervisor of the Year in 2011 and 2021 from the counseling honor society Chi Sigma Iota's local chapter. He was also twice nominated and once the recipient of the Educator of the Year from the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland in 2002. Having been the Director of Behavioral Health Services for a large local clinic for 7 years, Rick decided that his passion to help others was best fulfilled by working full-time as a private practitioner. He thoroughly enjoys developing programs that allow him the opportunities to guide individuals and families toward peace, health, happiness and positive growth. Formerly an adjunct professor at John Carroll University and currently an adjunct professor at The University of Akron where he also serves as the Director of The Clinic for Individual and Family Counseling, Rick enjoys working with interns and new clinicians from all over Ohio. An avid musician, Rick is the organist at his local Catholic Church. He has many interests and hobbies but mostly enjoys time with his family and close friends.

Jeannie
Jeannie Cool is the Clinical Director and a Senior Clinician at Wolf Creek Wellness. Ms. Cool has been a counselor for nearly 20 years specializing in EMDR, Marital Counseling, and crisis intervention. She graduated with her Masters Degree from The University of Akron after having earned a Bachelor's Degree from Kentucky Christian University. A lifelong resident of Ohio, Ms. Cool enjoys spending time with family and friends when not busy at work. She is well respected in the field of mental health for both her clinical prowess and her outstanding administrative skills.
